Stanton has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. He has had swollen lymph nodes for approximately 3 1/2 months. He was evaluated & tested on August 8th, & received the diagnosis on August 13, 2018.
This is not Stanton's story, it is only a short chapter of his life. He begins this chapter in great overall health, just last week he was participating in football practice, morning workouts and fortnite dancing. He has amazing family and friends supporting him, praying for him and loving him. We will take this one day at a time and look forward to looking back and seeing it in the past as he continues his story with new facets, strength and perspective on life.
"As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it." Isaiah 55:10-11
Stanton is the youngest of 4 children. He has two older brothers, Daniel currently in the Navy stationed in Florida and Cole attending Adams State University, and older sister Suanna just entering her freshman year at the University of Denver.
